Requirements

  • Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong operational, organizational, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for senior rehabilitation and quality outcomes
  • Commitment to integrity, compassion, and clinical excellence
  • Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • At least 1 year experience as a treating clinician required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Therapy Department to ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop therapy staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized resident care
  • Provide direct patient care while overseeing departmental operations
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity standards
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
  • Maintain regulatory readiness and documentation accuracy
  • Advocate for residents to maximize functional independence and quality of life
