Requirements

Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong operational, organizational, and team-building skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Passion for senior rehabilitation and quality outcomes
Commitment to integrity, compassion, and clinical excellence
Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist
At least 1 year experience as a treating clinician required

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Therapy Department to ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery
Supervise, mentor, and develop therapy staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized resident care
Provide direct patient care while overseeing departmental operations
Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity standards
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Monitor clinical outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies
Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
Maintain regulatory readiness and documentation accuracy
Advocate for residents to maximize functional independence and quality of life
