We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) to serve as our Rehab Director and lead therapy services within this vibrant community. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Wisconsin
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- Passion for senior rehabilitation and enhancing quality of life
- Commitment to clinical excellence and professional growth
- Compassion, integrity, and dedication to exceptional care
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist
- 1 year experience as a treating clinician required

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Therapy Department, ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery
- Supervise, mentor, and develop therapy staff to promote clinical excellence
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care as needed while overseeing departmental operations
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and productivity standards
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that supports growth and accountability
- Maintain accurate documentation and oversee regulatory readiness
- Advocate for residents to ensure optimal functional independence and quality of life
