We’re looking for a Regulatory Systems Specialist to support our food safety,
compliance, and regulatory systems across the organization. If you enjoy working

Requirements

• Associate degree in Food Science, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a technical or regulatory role
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, USDA, and FDA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory programs, systems, and compliance initiatives
• Manage and maintain food safety software and documentation systems
• Assist with internal audits, CAPAs, and inspections
• Partner with teams across Quality, Operations, and Commercialization
• Support customer inquiries, product documentation, and labeling compliance
• Maintain document control and ensure regulatory accuracy across all systems
• Analyze data and provide reporting on trends and compliance
