WHAT YOU LL DO HERE The Regulatory Supervisor provides leadership, training, and day-to-day guidance to the Regulatory team while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and international regulations. This role supports the safety, efficacy, and compliance of human and animal dietary supplement products, including oversight of labeling, artwork, product claims, packaging, and marketing materials. Requirements

  • High degree of organization, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to understand and apply complex regulatory material, including formulas, ingredient data, specification sheets, and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
  • Ability to represent Regulatory interests in cross-functional discussions.
  • Bachelor s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant Regulatory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience proofreading or reviewing detailed documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and training to Regulatory team members in their daily responsibilities.
  • Prepare, assess, and submit regulatory documentation, registrations, licensure applications, and facility-related submissions.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, internal teams, and regulatory agencies.
  • Offer regulatory review and guidance during new product development in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ensure labeling, literature, claims, and marketing materials meet all domestic and international regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and implement regulatory-driven revisions and updates to maintain compliance.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for various compliance programs (e.g., trademarks, Proposition 65, USDA APHIS, Veterinary Health Program, Health Canada, private label requirements).
  • Participate in industry groups and provide input on policy updates, legislative comments, and best-practice guidelines.
  • Support company planning related to regulatory landscape changes, including training and implementation activities.
  • Contribute to project-based tasks such as testing coordination, vendor requests, audits, documentation, and related responses.
  • Provide direct support to the VP of Quality & Regulatory and Regulatory department needs.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
