The Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) provides support and services to the social work regulatory community to advance safe, competent, and ethical practices to strengthen public protection. The Regulatory Services Project Coordinator reports to the Director of Regulatory Services and helps to advance the work of the Member Engagement and Regulatory Services department. Core functions support regulatory services and governmental affairs programming and involve the management of regulatory data systems and information, development of associated resource materials, and outreach to ASWB member jurisdictions and social work community stakeholders. Data systems include the ASWB Laws and Regulations database, legislative and regulatory tracking, software to support member engagement programming, and systems to facilitate grassroots advocacy. Performs legal research to ensure the accuracy of regulatory data and support member and stakeholder requests for information. Assists with special inquiries, projects, report writing, or research as required. Performs additional responsibilities, as needed. This is NOT a fully remote position.
