About The Position

Perform initial review of regulatory data required by bank regulations for commercial loan applications. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Perform initial review of required regulatory data to assure completeness and accuracy. Identify errors or incomplete information, contact lending associates, and coordinate solutions for resolution. Establish and maintain effective communication with lending associates for completion of required loan file documentation. Learn and implement knowledge of loan data regulatory requirements. Effectively demonstrate professional communication at all levels to achieve desired results. Aid in other loan support activities as assigned. Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent. Some college education preferred
• Experience in a financial institution not required
• Minimum two years’ experience requiring attention to detail, particularly working with numbers or documents
• Ability to assess data quality, require accuracy, and articulate results.
• Personal educational and work history evidencing willingness to learn new skills and ability to successfully apply newly learned skills.
• Detail oriented
• Accurate
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred
• Strong Time Management skills – effective at managing multiple priorities
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Highly organized
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with solid organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables.
• Ability to perform basic math skills, use decimals to compute ratios, percentages, and to draw and interpret graphs.
• Ability to use passive vocabulary of 5,000-6,000 words; read at a slow rate; And define unfamiliar words in dictionaries for meaning, spelling, and pronunciation.
• Ability to write complex sentences, using proper punctuation, and using adjectives and adverbs.
• Ability to communicate in complex sentences, using normal word order with present and past tenses and good vocabulary.
