Requirements

Washington-DC based
1-5 years of experience as an experienced environmental litigation and regulatory associate
Knowledge of federal environmental programs
Strong academic background
Superior drafting skills
Strong references
Diligent, proactive, supportive and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

Experience with regulatory issues concerning chemicals, pesticides, consumer products, and/or emerging contaminants
Environmental litigation experience, including researching complex issues, managing discovery, and drafting motions
