JOB SUMMARY The Regulatory Compliance Inspections Manager (RCIM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the inspection process for Progress Residential’s single-family rental homes. This includes housing authority, rental registrations, and municipal inspections. This role involves coordinating and conducting inspections, building relationships with local authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying and resolving minor maintenance needs, and implementing quality assurance measures to uphold the standards of safety and habitability for our properties.
