The Regulatory Compliance Analyst role will support the following: Preparation, timely submission, and tracking of routine regulatory reports required by regulatory agencies overseeing Pattern’s regulated assets and affiliates. Proactively identify opportunities to improve current processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Prepare reports and presentation materials on Pattern’s Regulatory Compliance activities for internal and external business partners. Provide administrative and project management support to the Regulatory Compliance team. Proactively engage in research related to current and emerging regulatory obligations to analyze and assess potential impacts to Pattern. Identify opportunities and develop proposals to enhance processes and implement regulatory requirements efficiently. Support the administration and maintenance of internal systems used to track and report regulatory obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as engineering, economics, finance or computer science required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate or professional office environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the energy industry.
  • Advanced organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically in Excel and Power Point.
  • Advanced research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience preparing and submitting reports to the EIA and FERC (i.e. EQR, EIA923)
