About The Position

We are excited to announce our search for a full-time Regulatory Compliance Analyst III ! In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the mission of FrankCrum by monitoring, communicating, and tracking Federal, state, and local information in the regulatory, tax, and employment areas. Provides strategic oversight and direction in monitoring and reviewing regulatory changes, bulletins, and statistical reporting published by various legislative bodies, Department of Insurance, Rating Bureaus, NCCI, and ISO. Prepares formal communications to the impacted business units and ensures company-wide compliance. Leads advanced compliance-related research and analysis and prepares detailed summaries providing strategic insight related to regulatory changes and new product offerings. Oversees and ensures the quality and timeliness of all compliance filings, prepares, and independently responds to service of process and consumer complaints. Directs, coordinates, and independently submits state regulatory and product-related filings, and data calls. Serves as a liaison to the Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation, Department of Financial Services, Secretary of State, and third-party administrators responsible for negotiating and managing complex compliance and state filing-related issues. Manages and innovates the SharePoint compliance databases, trackers, and state filing status reporting mechanisms. Participates in ad hoc system testing and policy audits as directed ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. Leads the coordination, preparation, and management of exhibits and communication related to regulatory investigations. Develops and delivers comprehensive compliance training content and programs, ensuring staff are up-to-date and knowledgeable. Oversees all compliance audits, reviewing procedures extensively, and making formal, strategic recommendations. Directs the management and strategic submission of new company licenses, while maintaining existing company licenses ensuring compliance and efficiency. Assists with contract preparation and review.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Federal, state, and local laws regarding related aspects of the company, as well as knowledge of company services and products.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working in insurance compliance or product-related role is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SERFF, NCCI, ISO and IREFS and a Paralegal certification is preferred
