About The Position

The Regulatory Associate is responsible for drafting, managing, and maintaining the Atticus pre-production label portfolio. The Regulatory Associate will report to the Senior Manager, Regulatory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • A minimum of 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional quality and service orientation, drive, follow through, and attention to detail.
  • Strong MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and research skills with a strong desire to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal skills; strong background in rhetorical communication skills a bonus!
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse and cross-functional teams, under critical timelines and while balancing the needs of internal and external customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Agricultural/Chemical Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that pesticide labels comply with government regulations.
  • Ensure that pesticide labels are current and competitive.
  • Responsible for Drafting Label for Submission to EPA.
  • Point of contact for all communication with EPA regarding submitted labels. Must be comfortable working with EPA collaboratively to resolve comments and questions regarding label submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal Commercial teams to ensure commercial elements on labels (Graphics, Marketing Claims, etc.) are clear and consistent with intent of Product.
  • Work with external vendors as it relates to Label Submission and Review process.
  • Maintain internal tracking of all label actions, background, and information including changes.
  • Responsible for reliable version control of pre-production labels and coordinating with Regulatory Specialist, Post-Registration.
