Under the general supervision of a manager, the Regulatory & Compliance Analyst provides analytical and operational support to one or more of these areas - Safety & Security, Licensing, Facility Compliance – as assigned. This role requires generalized knowledge of company policies within Regulatory & Compliance, as well as the business functions conducted at each facility, and the government agencies that might oversee the regulations for that business in each location. Primary Accountabilities: Analytical Understand the business being performed at each facility. Have general knowledge of federal, state and local agencies that oversee that business. Review data for accuracy and completeness; process corrections or updates as needed. Prepare analyses on an ad-hoc or regular basis. Operational Collaborate across the Regulatory & Compliance group and provide support as assigned. Assist in any regulatory special project as necessary.
