Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Compile data and complete analysis for all aspects of natural gas pipeline, utility, gas, and electric regulatory functions, in accordance with federal and state regulations. Prepare and present information with minimal direction for internal decision making and filings with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and State Regulatory Commissions (collectively, Commissions). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Level II: ($63,860 - $79,830) Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, engineering, or related field. Two years' experience as a Regulatory Analyst I or equivalent experience in rates and regulations of public utility or natural gas pipeline industry or related field. Level III: ($73,460 - $91,830) Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, engineering, or related field; and Four years' regulatory or related experience. Level IV: ($97,110 - $121,390) Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, engineering, or related field; and Six years' experience in accounting, finance/business, or engineering with at least five years' regulatory related. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered. Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks. May be required to maintain a valid driver's license.
