About The Position
Student will assist staff or faculty in supporting the classrooms, labs, or departments. Duties may include, setting up, picking up, and checking-in classroom items for classes. May be requested to set-up audio/visual equipment, PowerPoint presentations, and/or computers for staff, faculty or students. This position will be at the UCO Esports facility and will report to Campus Enterprises Director of IT. The UCO Esports Student Worker provides excellent customer service, technology assistance, and facility preparation for instruction, gaming, coaching, and collaboration. Interacts with customers and provides assistance to end-users by answering questions and troubleshooting issues. Prepares space for clients as requested, is willing to open/close the facility, and has the availability to work nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Must have a basic knowledge of computer games.
- Must be qualified in resolving basic technology and gaming issues.
