We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Registration Services team. In this role, you are responsible for entering and maintaining accurate records of StataCorp's customers.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to pay close attention to details
• The ability to work 8 hours per day Monday-Thursday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. with flexibility
• Good judgment and strong decision-making skills
• Good English language skills
• Good computer skills

Responsibilities

• Adding new client information to company database
• Updating existing client information in company database
• Maintaining customer subscriptions in database
• Processing software license registrations
• Identifying opportunities to improve how customer information is captured in company database
