About The Position

Ensuring accurate data entry for billing and regulatory compliance. By: Participating in the performance of a variety of duties involved in collecting, entering and maintaining data into state mandated electronic data systems. Providing clerical and office support services and record keeping. Supporting reporting activities of CHR.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Demonstrated experience in entry of clinical and/or research data.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, data entry and telephone skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state reporting requirements for assigned systems and communicate changes to supervisor, and program managers.
  • Manually enter client-level data into outside systems required by state agencies.
  • Responsible for preparing forms and obtaining appropriate paperwork needed to support data entry.
  • Runs EHR reports to research client information for data entry.
  • Maintains documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.
  • Answers and appropriately handles incoming phone calls, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Participates in staff meetings, training courses and other meetings as assigned.
  • May perform other assignments and duties, as area needs require.
  • Participate in department cross-training.
  • Additional duties as required.
