Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Excellent communication skills both orally and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities
- Interviews incoming patients or their representatives for all of registration; inpatients, outpatients, emergency room, pre-admission, and clinic patients.
- Is responsible for obtaining information that is accurate and complete.
- Must maintain a positive public image to patients, hospital or medical staff.
- Prepares registration forms and obtains signatures as required.
- Answers patients' questions on admission policies.
- Is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the patient registration information.
