About The Position

The Registrar's Administrative Coordinator reports directly to the University Registrar and manages all records and activities related to contracting, procurement, and accounting for all registrar coordinated activities including service contracts for commencement, software to coordinate the organization of all curricular programs and courses, and platforms for the coordination of classroom spaces on campus. This position also coordinates the recruitment, hiring and retention of all registrar office staff and maintains hardware and supplies inventory for both on and off campus registrar sites as well as managing staff travel documentation. This position also works closely with the Enrollment Services Chief of Staff and financial officers for budgeting and the coordination of events and professional development. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Requirements

  • The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
  • At least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in administrative support
  • At least one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with state and university travel procedures
  • Budgeting and inventory control experience
  • Experience using Workday as an administrator
  • Experience with online meeting software such as Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams
