Requirements
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (RVT/LVT/CVT) or eligible; entry-level candidates welcome
- Confident in anesthesia monitoring, surgical support, and patient care (or eager to learn)
- Dependable, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working 10-hour shifts with rotating Saturday morning shifts
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality patient care and client service
- A reliable team player who contributes to a supportive and engaging work culture
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for veterinary care, including:
- Animal restraint, preparing vaccines, filling medications, assisting in exams and x-rays
- Assisting in surgical procedures and dental cleanings
- Monitor anesthesia and patient vitals during procedures
- Collect and process lab samples (blood, urine, etc.)
- Assist with client communication and ensure accurate medical records and charges
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and patient care throughout the facility
- Support inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Contribute to a positive work culture through dependability, flexibility, and teamwork
