Requirements

  • Valid Veterinary Technician License

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional medical care.
  • Serve as the on-the-floor point of contact for technicians, assistants and doctors, addressing concerns, reallocating resources, and facilitating timely communication.
  • Ensure staff adherence to hospital protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Promote clear and open communication within the team and across departments.
  • Support inventory control and equipment maintenance relevant to floor operations as needed.
  • Actively participate in weekly leadership meetings and attend monthly staff meetings to support communication, alignment, and team development.
