About The Position

Our client is a mid-sized firm, that works on new construction as well as historic renovation projects. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Project Architect. This is an opportunity to experience working on projects from Programming through Construction Administration. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of projects, working directly with clients, while reporting directly to the principal-in-charge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or A Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect Required
• Technical skills in Revit and AutoCAD
• 15-25 years of experience
• Knowledge of building and life safety codes
• Must be able to review and edit technical specifications
• Self-starter
• Ability to multi-task, create and maintain project work plans, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborative personality to excel in team situations is essential
• Proven ability to manage clients and meet their expectations
• Proficiency and project experience utilizing support software Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD, and Revit, Newforma Project and Information Management software

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Historic Preservation is a plus
