About The Position
A leading healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing a wide range of respiratory conditions and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – NBRC required
- Active Ohio state license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA required
Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Administer respiratory therapies including oxygen, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management
- Operate and maintain respiratory care equipment
- Respond to emergencies and provide life-support interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Float to other units or affiliated facilities as required
