The Registered Polysomnography Technician will provide sleep monitoring and interventions to all patients. The primary responsibilities include registering patients; gathering patient pre-study paperwork; preparing patients and equipment for procedures; explaining procedures and interactions to patients; completing follow-up notes as needed; performing polysomnography studies and analyzing data to assist in obtaining proper diagnosis; entering charges; and cleaning all study equipment. This position will also have some administrative and clerical responsibilities for the department's daily operations.
