About The Position

Baystate Health is seeking an inpatient Registered Nurse to join its Oncology Unit at Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence. This role offers the opportunity to care for patients with a variety of medical concerns within a highly specialized Medicine Unit. The Oncology unit provides comprehensive support and is fully equipped to assist nurses in patient care. The unit is a full-service, 23-bed facility offering a wide array of inpatient therapies and comfort measures, including chemotherapy treatment, end-of-life care, and care for general medical/surgical patients and specialty oncology patients. The unit is characterized by a solid team with staff longevity.

Requirements

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required
• Minimum 1 year RN experience required
• ADN or Diploma in Nursing required
