Our Level 1 acute care psychiatric facility in Tempe provides comprehensive treatment for adults and adolescents facing a wide range of psychiatric and substance use challenges. We're currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic team ( new graduates are welcome to apply ). Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate nursing interventions
- Educate patients on treatment and wellness
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing support staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
