About The Position

The von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort is seeking motivated Line Cooks to join our busy resort kitchen. Our culinary team takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality dishes that combine farm-to-table dining with old-world European charm. We're looking to expand our culinary team with individuals who can bring both speed and precision to every plate. As a Line Cook, you’ll: Prepare food to the chef’s specifications Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with the kitchen team while also being able to work independently Deliver consistent quality and presentation with every order We have opportunities for both AM and PM shifts available!

Responsibilities

Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
