RN Needed Home Health Shifts Mondays and Tuesdays 8am - 4pm
About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50-year-old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Registered Nurses (RN) in The Villages area. As an RN, you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to implement services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments and determining any patient home care needs, assisting in developing and implementing that plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case management model. Providing treatment and care to patients in their home, who will smile when they see you. Requirements
- Feeding tube (skill)
- Medication mgmt. (skill)
- ADL Care (skill)
- Must have a minimum of 1-year Clinical Experience
Responsibilities
