Requirements
- Active California RN license (new grads encouraged to apply!)
- A caring, team-focused attitude and strong clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and time-management skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Monitor and assess resident conditions and respond appropriately
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and revise care plans
- Supervise and support CNAs and LVNs
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with residents and families
