Requirements

  • Active California RN license (new grads encouraged to apply!)
  • A caring, team-focused attitude and strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Monitor and assess resident conditions and respond appropriately
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and revise care plans
  • Supervise and support CNAs and LVNs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with residents and families
