Requirements
- Current MN State RN license
- Associate's degree in nursing
- BLS required
- ACLS and PALS or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- CALS or TNCC and ENPC or ability to obtain within 2 years of hire
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Charge Nurse / Emergency Dept experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by assessing patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and report changes to appropriate staff members.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and families to provide education and support.
- Team collaboration with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
- Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records (EPIC).
- Stay up to date with current research and best practices in nursing.
- Participate in growth and development opportunities to maintain high quality care.
