About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency in Arizona, providing residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is a non-profit provider of substance use and behavioral health programs, utilizing cutting-edge, evidence-based models. The Registered Nurse (RN) is an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for all nursing care for assigned patients. This includes executing medical practitioner orders and promptly communicating any service barriers to their manager and the attending medical practitioner. The RN will also delegate and supervise tasks for Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.

Requirements

Associate's Degree from an accredited school of nursing
Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing
1-3 years of Health Care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations

Responsibilities

Provide all nursing care to assigned patients
Carry out orders from the medical practitioner
Communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her manager and attending medical practitioner
Delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate
