About The Position

The Registered Nurse is an experienced nursing professional with an emphasis on community health education and experience. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing home care services. The professional Registered Nurse will utilize community resources to plan and direct services that meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the state of employment
• One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting
• Possess and maintain valid CPR certification, obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist
• Access to reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• One (1) year of home health care experience
• Direct supervisory experience of Licensed Vocational Nurses and Nurse Aides/Assistants
• Working knowledge of OASIS documentation requirements
