Requirements
- Current RN license in Texas.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong crisis intervention, communication, and customer service skills.
- CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
- A true heart for hospice care.
Nice To Haves
- hospice experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond to on-call visits within a 50-mile radius of Victoria.
- Deliver high-quality hospice care after hours, including crisis intervention and death calls.
- Support families with compassion, guidance, and clear communication.
- Accurately document services in a timely manner.
