About The Position

Reporting to the Practice Manager or Clinical Supervisor, utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes revising plans of care as indicated. Perform pre and post op surgical calls. Works collaboratively through a multidisciplinary team approach to facilitate plan of care, implements and coordinates care progression, monitors and evaluates options and services to meet an individual’s health needs. Support the development of other staff. Participate in the identification of clinical, operational and safety related performance improvement opportunities. Rooming patients and assisting with office procedures as needed.

Requirements

License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required
Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
Experience: Two years nursing experience in an inpatient setting, preferred
