About The Position
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans. Our NeuroRestorative facility located in San Dimas, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more. Shift Available Full-time NOC shift NOC shift: 7:00 pm to 7:30 am 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of OT pay) DT after 12th hour Registered Nurse Salary Range: $38.00-$41.00 per hour, based on experience Overtime pay after 8th hour (OT pay = $57.00-$61.50 per hour) NOC shift = $2.00 per hour shift differential Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k w/company match, life insurance, HSA/FSA accounts and more!) for fulltime positions Full-time schedule Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday Repeat San Dimas, CA NeuroRestorative facility located on Puente St. CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility) 15-bed facility staffed with 1 RN, 2 LVNs and 2 CNAs each shift Low patient ratios On demand pay via Dayforce Wallet Paid time off and holiday pay
Requirements
- Accredited RN degree, current state RN license
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum one year of experience
- Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving
- Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
- Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
