About The Position
Cedar Park Med is recruiting compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) for immediate openings in the beautiful Hudson Valley with 6 months experience in LTC. Are you looking for a position with excellent benefits with a great retirement plan? Then this is the position for you! Shifts Available: Day Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm), Evening Shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm), Night Shift (11:00pm – 7:30am) M-F and rotating weekends
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of LTC experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid NY RN license.
- COVID vaccination required.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Perform routine procedures and administer medications as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families about health management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality.
