About The Position

UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team at Science Dr. Medical Center in Madison, WI. This is a full-time position (100% FTE), working Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, with no weekends or holidays. The RN will collaborate with nationally recognized orthopedic specialists and support Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation providers, initially focusing on the Spine Rehab population and later expanding to general musculoskeletal patients. Key responsibilities include telephone and MyChart triage, in-basket management, care coordination, and patient education. The role is part of a world-class Orthopedics Team specializing in Foot and Ankle Surgery, Joint Replacement Surgery, Orthopedic Trauma, Rehab Medicine, Spine Medicine, and Sports Medicine. Requirements

  • Graduate of school of nursing
  • 6 months of RN experience
  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire
  • CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire

  • Applicable clinical certification
