About The Position

UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team, collaborating with nationally recognized orthopedic specialists and supporting Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation providers. The role will initially focus on the Spine Rehab population and later expand to support the general musculoskeletal population. Key responsibilities include telephone and MyChart triage, managing in-basket needs, coordinating care, and providing patient education. The RN will be part of a world-class Orthopedics Team specializing in Foot and Ankle Surgery, Joint Replacement Surgery, Orthopedic Trauma, Rehab Medicine, Spine Medicine, and Sports Medicine. UW Health Clinics are dedicated to providing an exceptional patient and family experience through high-quality, compassionate care across more than 80 primary and specialty care clinics in Dane County and surrounding areas.

Requirements

  • Graduate of school of nursing
  • 6 months of RN experience
  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire
  • CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Relevant RN experience
  • Applicable clinical certification
