About The Position

Our Level 1 acute care psychiatric facility in Tempe provides comprehensive treatment for adults and adolescents facing a wide range of psychiatric and substance use challenges. We're currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic team (new graduates are welcome to apply). Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions
• Educate patients on treatment and wellness
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing support staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
