Requirements

  • Current RN license in the state of Maryland (or compact state).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Med-Surg, ICU, or ER settings.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality nursing care to a diverse patient population.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and respond to medical and behavioral health emergencies using sound clinical judgment.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
