About The Position
Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is currently seeking to find qualified individuals to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community. Position Highlights Job Duties: Performs case management and skilled nursing according to a MD established order for home health and hospice patients.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a college or university required.
- Must have current license from the state of Minnesota and be able to obtain licensure in the state of South Dakota.
- BLS certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire.
- A valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience with home health and hospice care preferred.
