About The Position

At Executive Surgery Center of Little Rock, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care with precision and compassion. Our team specializes in outpatient procedures, pre- and post-operative care, and patient education in a supportive clinical setting. As a Registered Nurse in our ambulatory surgery center, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical operations and high-quality patient care. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary staff—making a direct difference in both the care process and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing (Arkansas or multi-state license including AR) required
• CPR certification required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Previous clinical experience (ambulatory surgery or pain management) preferred
• Knowledge of neck, spinal, or plastic surgery procedures preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support in alignment with professional nursing standards
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and assist with diagnostic evaluations
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist physicians during minor surgeries
• Perform pre-op and post-op care, including patient education and discharge planning
• Coordinate with physicians, outside agencies, hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, and other medical offices
• Support fellow medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow and clinic operations
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of medical equipment
