About The Position

Howard Memorial Hospital is in need of a registered nurse for our Emergency Department. Responsibilities Demonstrates professionalism and ability to work with cultural diversity Participates in patient/family/staff education. Collaborates with other staff and ancillary departments as a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. Provides safe practice in all aspects of patient care activities. Utilizes knowledge, skill, and judgment in providing direct and indirect patient care. Qualifications RN licensed in State of Arkansas or Compact Licenses Graduate of accredited School of Nursing BLS/ACLS required; PALS/TNCC preferred. PALS within one-year entry into position. TNCC within 3 years of entry into position NIH Stroke Scale annual certification required Current Arkansas or Compact State RN licensure At least 2 years nursing experience in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care Unit For internal applicants: Must be in good standings with HR.

Requirements

• RN licensed in State of Arkansas or Compact Licenses
