Multiple Shifts – 7a-7:45p or 7p-7:45a FT | Rotating Weekend Schedule Are you a compassionate RN looking to work in a supportive, purpose-driven environment? Join our team and help transform lives by delivering critical mental health services with care, dignity, and professionalism. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key role on our interdisciplinary team—helping individuals on their path to recovery. You’ll provide nursing assessments, coordinate care, and offer hands-on treatment, education, and support.

Requirements

  • Active Georgia RN license
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in mental health or behavioral health settings
  • Training in trauma-informed care or recovery-oriented services
  • Confidence in lab procedures, wound care, and emergency interventions

Responsibilities

  • Conducting biopsychosocial assessments and tracking vital signs
  • Administering medications, including injections and emergency interventions
  • Facilitating nursing and wellness groups
  • Collecting lab specimens and interpreting results
  • Working collaboratively with medical professionals, families, and community partners
  • Managing complex cases and crisis situations with a trauma-informed, client-centered approach
  • Supporting admissions/discharges, documenting thoroughly, and ensuring medication safety
