About The Position

The Registered Nurse at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in Georgetown is responsible for providing high-quality member care in a part-time capacity. This individual will work with the day center team to support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of members at our day center. This is a part time, Monday-Friday role in Georgetown, South Carolina.

Requirements

Valid and current registered nursing license in South Carolina in good standing
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with senior adults, adults with disabilities or community setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members, families, and team members.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Willingness to undergo any required background checks and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

Provide member care, including administering medications, nursing treatments to those with MD order
Monitor members health and communicate any changes or concerns to the Administrator
Educate members about health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures.
Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records and creating and implementing care plans upon enrollment when needed.
