About The Position
The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare system in Hamilton, Texas that is seeking an RN to provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of treatment plans in a clinical environment.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Texas)
- BLS required
Nice To Haves
- ACLS/PALS preferred
- 1+ year RN experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform full patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
