About The Position
Commonwise is a care management and home care company based in Charlottesville, VA with offices in Richmond, Williamsburg and Charleston, SC. Through registered nurses and social workers, we provide professional geriatric care management to older adults, and through industry-leading nurse-aides, we deliver premium home care services. The Role Our Care Managers provide senior housing & relocation assistance, supportive consulting, family relationship management, healthcare crisis management, coordination of healthcare, home safety evaluations, and life care management to clients. They also serve as account managers for clients receiving home care services and nurse-aides providing their direct care. You are A Registered Nurse licensed in Virginia. Dedicated to providing to your clients the best care. Looking for or open to a non-clinical work environment. Frustrated by colleagues who don't take work as seriously as you do. Requirements
- Registered Nurse licensed in Virginia
- Dedicated to providing to your clients the best care
- Looking for or open to a non-clinical work environment
- Frustrated by colleagues who don't take work as seriously as you do
- A strong communicator and creative problem solver
- The compassionate person your friends call when they need help
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of nursing
- Excellent (written and verbal) skills
