About The Position

This purpose of this position is to provide clinical patient care pre, intra, and post vascular procedure on a PRN basis. The Registered Nurse is responsible for obtaining clinical data including physical assessment, performing direct patient care inclusive of vital sign and cardiac monitoring, and documentation. The RN assists the physicians in performing special procedures while closely monitoring the cardiac and physical status of the patient under his care. The patients receive conscious sedation. To provide excellence in patient care that builds confidence, loyalty and trust with our patients, patients' families and the community. To strive to communicate and interact with others in a professional, responsible, cooperative and positive manner at all times. To act as a resource person to manage and utilize personnel in an effective and appropriate manner, and complete tasks assigned within the time frame.

Requirements

Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current RN License.
CPR required.
ACLS required.
Minimum of 2 years critical care clinical practice in areas such as ICU, ER, Cath Lab, PACU, OR or Interventional Radiology
Must be confident and comfortable with interpreting EKGs and responding appropriately to rhythm changes.
We are in need of candidates who can work 1-2 days/week. 7:45am-6:30pm
