Overview We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health and Home Hospice role. This position offers a mixed caseload of home health and hospice patients and is ideal for an RN who enjoys building strong patient relationships and working independently in the field. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan (or ability to obtain)
- At least 1 year of RN experience
- Comfortable driving patient-to-patient throughout the day (not shift work)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
