As a part time RN, you will play a key role in providing direct nursing care, supporting residents’ overall well‑being, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence. This NOC shift role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a supportive team environment and are passionate about post‑acute and long-term care. Requirements

  • Current California RN license in good standing
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work the NOC shift and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in post‑acute, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process and regulatory standards
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
  • Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs as needed
  • Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff
