POSITION SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to provide general nursing care and leadership, working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary team members. The R.N. will promote and restore patient’s health as they assess, plan, implement, delegate, evaluate, document and coordinate comprehensive professional through the use of the nursing process for patients of all ages, gender, cultures and background by providing physical and psycho-social support to patient, friends and families. The R.N. will plan for the provision of patient care including the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care with oversite of other personnel which includes but not limited to Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. The R.N. must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care and is expected to adhere to and abide by policies of the facility and the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
